Shipping

The item is shipped directly from the seller with Postnord trackable shipping, latest within 7 business days after purchase. Shipping costs 39 SEK. If multiple items in the order come from the same seller, combined shipping is automatically calculated at checkout.

Returns

You can return within 14 days from receiving the item. A return fee of 69 SEK is deducted from the refund. To get a QR code for return, email us at support@mairesale.com and provide your order number. We will refund you as soon as we have received the item.

Complaint

If the item does not match the description, you can file a complaint by contacting us at support@mairesale.com. You will then receive a form to fill out, as well as a QR code for return. Once the item has been received and reviewed, you will receive a full refund.

When you shop via Mai, you buy from a private person, but the entire process is handled by us.
