If the item doesn't match the description, we'll sort it out - you never have to deal with the seller yourself. Simply contact us via chat or at support@mairesale.com. You'll receive a form and a PostNord QR code to return the item. Once we've received and reviewed it, you'll get a full refund.

Shipping policy

- Du betalar frakt för varje plagg i en order då det oftast skickas i separata paket direkt från olika säljare. Frakten räknas ut i checkout.
- Plaggen skickas inom 7 vardagar från genomförd betalning.
- Om något inte skulle komma fram fast det har lämnat så tar vi fullt ansvar.
