What is Mai?
Mai is a service that makes it easy for individuals to buy and sell second-hand. When you shop on Mai, you’re buying from a private seller — but Mai manages the entire purchase, from payment to customer support.
How are items reviewed?
Every item is reviewed digitally before it’s published to make sure the photos, details, and condition are accurate.
For higher-value items, we require a receipt or proof of authenticity before they can be listed.
If you have any questions about an item, you’re always welcome to reach out before you buy.
Delivery
How will my order be delivered?
Your item is shipped directly from the seller with tracked PostNord delivery, no later than 7 business days after purchase. Shipping is 39 SEK.
If multiple items in your order are from the same seller, combined shipping will be applied automatically at checkout.
What happens if my delivery doesn’t arrive?
All shipments are sent with tracking. If anything happens in transit, we’ll handle the case and refund you in full.
Returns & claims
Can I return an item?
The item is sold by a private seller via Mai, which means free returns do not apply. If it doesn’t fit, you can easily resell it in a few clicks - commission-free within 7 days from delivery.
What if the item isn’t as described?
In the email you received when collecting your item, you'll find a link to file a claim. You can also find it on the orders page, or contact us via chat or at support@mairesale.com and we'll send you the link. When your claim is approved, we'll refund the full amount, including shipping.
What is Mai Care?
Mai Care ensures that you get your money back if something goes wrong. This means you’ll be refunded if the item doesn’t arrive, is damaged, or doesn’t match the description. Mai Care also lets you resell an item commission-free within 7 days if it's not quite right.
