If your item does not arrive due to an issue with the carrier or the seller, you will always receive a full refund. If you have received the item but it differs from the description, you can file a claim. Email us at support@mairesale.com, and we’ll send you a link where you can easily provide the details. Once we’ve reviewed your case, we’ll get back to you with the next steps.
Can I return my item?
The item is sold by a private seller via Mai, which means free returns do not apply. If it doesn’t fit, you can easily resell it with one click - commission-free within 7 days from delivery.
